Pre-ordered a copy of this book. I've always been a bit "against" Microsoft, but seeing the latest direction in the way of Windows 8 and Sharepoint 2013 using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for app development has got me very excited. I started creating websites at age 10, I'm now 25. About 7 years ago I asked my dad to teach me C# so I could get on track to becoming a "real" developer and develop "real" applications. He told me to just stay with what I was doing and "it" would come to me. He was right.

That's really cool, Ryan. Have fun with your C# and with your HTML development. They're both very cool technologies and there's a lot of way exciting stuff coming out.
